When we first moved in we instantly fell in love with the potential of this flat as it is so unique in style with the high ceilings and open areas.

The amazing sized garden and private patio have enabled us to enjoyed a lot of BBQs and al fresco dining outside until the late hours of the evening as the garden is south facing.

We also love that we can walk to Waitrose and into Ashley Cross from here and are only just short drive away from Sandbanks beach and Bournemouth town centre.

We have put a lot of thought into the renovations as we wanted the space to feel open and bright to play into its key features. We love our food and cooking, so the kitchen is key area for us and we wanted to ensure to create maximum space and invest in great appliances.

We have also completely redone the flooring to a high spec in the key areas and put a new bathroom in as well as re-plastered the ceilings to give it a modern touch.
